Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Fragrance
Securely pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
